It will be a connoisseur’s delight and is designed to elevate the décor of any living space.
Samsung has collaborated with the acclaimed Parisian design duo Ronan and Erwan Bouroullec to develop the unibody design of The Serif in the shape of the letter ‘I’. The TV comes with a metal stand that lets you place the TV anywhere in the room. You can easily remove the stand if you need to place the TV on a table or other counters.
The Serif packs plenty of premium features. It packs Samsung’s Quantum Dot Technology as well as the Active Voice Amplifier feature. Being HDR 10+ certified, it can also upscale everything via it’s AI upscaling technology.
The Serif has NFC connectivity. All you need to do is just place or tap any smartphone to the top of the TV to connect. Because the device is compatible with Airplay 2, Apple device users can easily stream content on the TV.
Alongside the Serif, Samsung has also launched the QLED 8K TVs. Going by the statement made by Pullan, this range of TV packs industry-leading picture-quality, breathtaking design, and useful & innovative smart capabilities. Available in 65-inch, 75-inch, 82-inch, and 85-inch versions; they will be priced at Rs. 4.99 lakhs, Rs. 9.99 lakhs, Rs. 14.29 lakhs, and Rs. 15.79 lakhs respectively.

Both The Serif and the QLED 8K TVs come with a one-year comprehensive warranty, one additional year warranty on panel, and a 10-year no screen burn-in warranty.
Samsung stated that The Serif can detect distracting noises and automatically adjust its volume and clarity in real-time. This is achieved with the Active Voice Amplifier (AVA) feature. It also allows the users to play and video or music and even share photos from Apple’s hand-held devices on the QLED screen.
The serif takes the Voice Control feature a step further for users with voice assistants like Alexa and Bixby being integrated directly into the TV.
The Samsung 8K QLED TVs have four times the resolution of 4K UHD TVs as it houses 33 million pixels. It is 16 times that of a full HD TV. Hence viewers can completely immerse themselves into the display.
