India’s Daiwa introduces two 4K UHD Smart TVs in India: Features, Specifications and More
On Wednesday, the Indian consumer electronics manufacturer, Daiwa launched two new 4K UHD smart TVs in India. Both the models D65QUHD-M10 and the D55QUHD-M10 runs on Android 9.0 OS and comes with 2 GB RAM. The model D65QUHD-M10 flaunts of a 65-inch display while the D55QUHD-M10 flaunts of a 55-inch display. The 2020 models are priced at Rs. 34,990 for the 55-inch and Rs. 51,990 for the 65-inch display.
The models come with a two-year warranty and will be available in offline retail stores. To lure customers, the company is also bundling in some news streaming without any subscription charges of apps like the Docubay, Alzajeera Network, Epic On, Gemplex and Flickstree.
Both the smart TVs offer 4K UHD resolution, Quantum Luminit Technology, and HDR10 display. Cumulatively, they offer an exceptional color gamut and visual experience. In the 55-inch model, you find 95 percent of NTSC level, and 99 percent DCI-P3 color gamut. It not only offers superior picture quality, and a wide viewing angle but also exceptional reflection handling. With a 20-watt speaker, a built-in soundbar, and dbx-tv audio technology; it gives a superior sound experience as well.
Arjun Bajaj, CEO, Daiwa TV said in a statement that Daiwa as a part of the Videotek Group has been manufacturing all its TVs in India. The latest big-screen smart TVs are designed to deliver the best picture and audio quality such that it would beat all the existing models of TVs that are available in the market. He also stated that these TVs would come pre-loaded with an array of features and apps which would no longer be loaded with limited storage. Keeping up with the latest market trends, they would come with upgraded RAM and storage facility to offer maximum entertainment.
Both the TVs flaunt of a sleek bezel design and features a content discovery engine for search. They are powered by the Cloud TV certified AOSP and comes preloaded with several certified apps including various OTT platforms like the Hot Star, Zee5, Voot, Sony Liv, Jio Cinema, NXT, etc. Both these smart TVs also support Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, YouTube, etc. as well as OTA updates.
Additionally, the TVs feature an A55 quad-core processor along with 2GB RAM, 16GB ROM, two USB slots, three HDMI ports, Wi-fi, blue tooth connectivity, 1 optical output, and e-share for air mouse and screen mirroring.
